Registration for the 2016 Female Dota 2 1v1 Tournament

The PinkFae Dota 2 League is a league for the top female gamers to break out into the professional scene and network with other female gamers and teams. Last year’s Female 1v1 Tournament was very successful, with fifteen players participating. We hope to have even more players participate in the 2016 Female 1v1 Tournament. Players will play for a prize pot of $500 in a single elimination tournament.

Players will play a 1v1 mid Swiss-style tournament with the number of games determined by the number of players. The top sixty-four players will be seeded in a bracket-style tournament. The games will be a 1v1 mid, best of three to advance to the next round. The semi-finals and the final will be a best of five.

The online tournament is for female players. Transgender female players are encouraged to participate. You must own Dota 2 and have a Dota 2 Matchmaking Rating. Both amateur, semi-professional and professional players are welcome. The tournament is open on an international level, but be aware that the default server will be the US East server.

The tournament will largely be based on an honor system rule. Any racist, sexist, ageist, transphobic, sizeist, ableist, or homophobic language will not be tolerated and could result in application rejection or disqualification from the tournament.

To register for the tournament you must first subscribe to this site. After you have a username, complete the registration form. There is a $5 entry fee that can be paid via PayPal or Patreon. If you are making it via Pa, the payment processed between now and March 2016 will serve as your entry fee. Players that were not disqualified for the 2015 Female 1v1 Tournament are exempt from this fee.

After you register the administrator will review your application and get back to you within 24 hours. The administrator reserves the right to deny any application.

Registration will close on March 19, 2016.
